Our weaving division - VSM Weaves – was the first unit to have been started by us. Supporting weaving and garmenting, we began operations at VSM Weaves in the year 1976. Manufacturing a wide range of cost-effective, Customer Specific Products (CSP), we have been able to gain global acceptance for our offerings as well as post an annual turnover of 25 Million USD.

At VSM Weaves, we make use of contemporary machinery and the latest technology for the smooth operations of our processes - warping, sizing, weaving, packing and garmenting.

The warping unit houses the microprocessor-controlled BENDIRECT machine for direct warping. We have the Benninger BEN SIZE TEC Sizing machine that comes with a 20-beam creel capacity, double size box with double dip and double nip, beam-to-beam sizing & an after-waxing device. The weaving facility is equipped with 130 hi-tech looms, Sulzer Projectile and Toyota Airjet Looms that facilitate weaving of fabrics up to 143” (360 cms) in width. The modern Benninger preparatory machines prepare the yarn for weaving. After a thorough inspection, the woven fabrics are packed using a variety of packing techniques like bales, rolls or pallets. Our garmenting division has the required infrastructure to manufacture bed linen for institutional end use, especially in the healthcare and hospitality industry. With the durability to last over long durations, our product range starts from the poly/cotton bed linen to the high thread count 100% cotton linen.
